How we take a plot from bare blockwork to handover.

Gutters on

Gutters, downpipes and the gullies they run into, hung to a fall as the roof goes on.
First fix
Pipework in

Supplies, wastes, risers and heating runs installed and labelled plot by plot, before the walls and ceilings close up.
Plant
Heat & hot water

Boilers or heat pumps, cylinders, underfloor manifolds and controls fitted and piped in.
Second fix
Rooms finished

Sanitaryware, showers, radiators and towel rails fitted once the tilers and decorators are done.
Handover
Tested & signed off

Systems pressure tested, commissioned and balanced, with certificates and Benchmark paperwork handed over.
